Aloha,

We are a locally owned business operated by staff members born and raised here in the islands. We have been in business since July of 2002 starting at the Hilo Airport on the Island of Hawaii.  Our customer service was greatly appreciated and soon there after started in Lihue, then Maui, Kona, & now Honolulu.  BIG Incorporated d/b/a Hawaii Porter Service was created to fill a need. We strongly believe that a passenger's experience should be positive and pain free.

We have an undeniable support team to offer excellent-outstanding customer service. Our porters provide that all-important, positive first impression that will carry through the passenger's entire travel experience.

With today's airport requirements, baggage weight & size limitations, and additional TSA inspections, for a first-time passenger it can be a bit overwhelming.

Hawaii Porter Services' idea is to offer you an "all our baggage management service" as a concession for your use, to provide a service to your passengers, without additional expenditures.
