Training Standards

All staff receive training as mandated by State and Federal regulations. These include HAZMAT,ADA, AOA Security and TSA training. Most of the training is provided by the respective clients as required. However, recurrent and subsequent training after "training the trainer" will be the responsibility of HPS where permitted by regulations. HPS maintains individual training records at its corporate headquaters in Hilo. These records are available for viewing upon request by the airline and/or regulatory agency.

Service Guarantees

Hawaii Porter Service will work directly with the appropriate local station management and/or TSA to address any complaints or any failure to deliver our product in a consistent and efficient manner.

Each location will have one. They will work together with our management team, who will respond immediately to offer a resolution for any situation between all parties.
